The Use of The US National Debt Clock

Have you heard of the US National Debt Clock? It is a record keeping tool that keeps a constant running total of debt that has been incurred by the United States government. For over one hundred years this clock has recorded both the incurring of debt and the reduction if debt. For the past several years the debt has been growing at an astronomical rate. The debt has never been higher, yet the government continues to raise the debt ceiling to a level that is unhealthy.
