What a pleasant surprise: An Australian gold coin for my collection

One of the most memorable gifts that I was recently given came in a small box that was beautifully gift wrapped. It was given to me by a group of friends who all chipped in for the gift. At first I wasn’t sure what it was. I initially though that it might be jewelry. When I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised by the Australian gold coin that came with a numbered certificate of authenticity and a description of its theme. I have always enjoyed collecting coins so this particular coin will sit well amongst my collection and provide years of enjoyment as well.
